If you see “Copy to Clipboard” disabled, your screenshot is usually too large to copy reliably.
This isn’t a bug in your workflow—it’s a practical limit of browsers/clipboards.

Why it happens
Copying an image to the clipboard means the browser has to keep that entire bitmap in memory and hand it off to the OS clipboard.
On huge full-page captures, that can become unstable or fail, so the UI may disable it.

- Download as PNG/JPG (most reliable for images)
- Export as PDF (best for print-friendly sharing)
How to avoid hitting the limit
- Make your browser window narrower before capturing (reduces total pixels).
